Description

Extreme microscope resolution text target, 1951 USAF from group 4 through group 11.  Suitable for challenging research grade microscope objectives including oil immersed NA/1.4.  Chrome bars plated on quartz background. The chrome is 1000 angstroms thick and very durable.
Mounted in an anodized, aluminum, microscope slide, 25x75x1mm.
