Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we may not offer you a full refund or exchange. Cleaning/Inspecting a returned extreme resolution target is expensive. In some cases, e.g., you simply changed your mind, we may ask you to pay for that as a restocking fee. If there is something wrong with the product, typically we will waive restocking fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
